Morning ~O) ~O) and oh no, not sure what happened! I thought I gave poor Maggie a dosecrease and now think it may have been a fur shot. The way she was eating after her pm shot I was hoping the shot went in, but I didn't hear that little pop withdrawing the syringe. She is all purry and has told me it's okay, but I know I can't let this keep happening. I have some limitations using my hands with other things, but I've always been able to shoot! All p's in place and lots of play time with her mouse pole toy this morning.
I got a wake-up call just before the alarm went off, so that was nice; no middle of night get up and play with me! I have a very early doctor's appt., so I will catch up with everyone early afternoon. It's a bit of a hike up the freeway, so I leave early to avoid peak traffic. There's a small shopping center where I can kill time. Sorry I missed some visits last night. My computer kept freezing up on me.
Ella, thank you for that info yesterday in my condo on the Heinlich Maneuver on one's self in the case of no one else being around. Very good information indeed.

Come on down Maggie, blues are much better color on you! She'll be back on track soon Ann. Good job Maggie: letting your bean sleep, and then making sure she got up. Well done!

Good luck with your appt, and avoiding the traffic! and no worries on the condo visits - I for one know how it is with 'puter freezes...

Maggie is on her way down already. We all go through phases when it seems like fur shots rule. just take a deep breath, Maggie knows you are there for her. Good DR visit vines. :YMHUG:

There's nothing worse when we can't get our body to cooperate like we want it to!!! I know you're doing a great job with Maggie, Ann!!!

OK Here's the fur shot Queen (Me) to say--Fur shots happen, not anyone's fault(not cat's or you) just a snip off & it becomes a fur shot--Many we think are fur shots arent, and STOP blaming yourself.
Fur Shots Just Happen! They can be remedied at the next cycle--
You are a great bean, so look at how Great you have done for Maggie!!

Thanks, Linda, Michelle, Melissa, Ann & Tess, Devon and Roni for the visits and encouragement with my doing so many misses. I had a good doctor's appt. and all is okay. Maggie was waiting by the door when I came home and didn't eat from her feeder or the food I left. I guess she had enough this morning.

You're right, Ann, as sometimes when we think it's a fur shot, it can be wonky numbers or them just being a cat.
Michelle, she is getting better at letting me get some R & R. I hope so in getting her back on track.
Roni, you and I could be in a race for the title of Queen of Fur shots. :lol:
Patty, I know it seems sometimes the body can't keep up with the pace we would like!
Devon, would you believe I missed my exit and had to do a turnaround, not paying attention! The doctor's appt. was routine and all is well.
Thanks Melissa, that means a lot as Maggie is ever so patient.
Linda, I think she probably had some lows while I was gone and is now rising.

Celi, I wasn't going to admit it, but I actually got lost twice today. I tried taking a shortcut to a new Target store and it sure didn't work. I have no sense of direction. :lol:
