I haven't visited before, so Welcome to Lantus Land. If you have a questions, it'll be noticed faster if you select the ? icon on your first post and summarize your question on that subject line. Maybe add something like "Dose ?". I don't give dosing advice. Nice numbers for Callie today, not too low, but nice and healing.

I hate to say this, but you may want to test her again in a couple of hours. Based on the limited data you have for the overnight cycle, she tends to drop throughout the night. Leave a low carb snack for her too. She's had a great run!
