AMPS 300.6U Looks like shooting through the bounce worked. We'll see what he is tonight.
Pony Chester is a bit better, he was down this morning but jumped up when I told him to. He was also up at lunch and ate his hay.

PMPS 456 Maybe not, shot .6u.

Good Morning, Sue ~

Oh, Sammy, come on down...you can do it!

"He was also up at lunch and ate his hay." -- So glad to read this about Chester, Sue. Hope he continues to improve today. I've always wanted a pony...I can imagine how much you love your Chester.

Take care,
Eva

Come on Sammy lets start practicing doing the Limbo...you know "how low can you go?" just not too low, please.

Glad to hear Chester is feeling better! Ponies are such cute little guys. What breed is he? I had a shetland when I was little, but with that pony I had a love/hate relationship..lol He was good as gold as long as an adult was around, but would toss me in a heartbeat if we went riding alone...lol. But I always thanked him later in life because he taught me how to stay on even the worst of them, which came in real handy when I was breaking young horses later. I had a trainer once tell me that there is a difference between a horsewoman and an Equestrian...An Equestrian can ride, and ride extremely well....a horsewoman, will get tossed, crushed, stepped on, wade through hip deep mud to walk a down horse, and sleep in the stall next to her sick animal, and even if something gets broken will be back on that horse before the cast is off...the same thing happens to an Equestrian and they sell the horse, and buy a better trained one....lol

Yep, he's a Shetland. He's my second pony, he's to little to ride so I've always driven him. He's never liked little kids, tries to bite them. He's been a damned good pony, not spooky or flighty, doesn't bite me anyway, no kicking etc. He did tip the cart over once when he got a bit rambunctious and reared in harness in the spring. I just jumped out and sat on him til I got him unhooked, the got him up, reharnessed him and I then drove him until he got that little idea out of his head. Ponys think, which is dangerous!! haha_smiley
