on the bright side, this preshot number is the same as last night's +3 . . . so i guess that's improvement.

running out the door to work - punkin is fine, happy, furry and a member of the Clean Plate Club this morning. he made sure Anya got into the club too! always so thoughtful!

oh - i caught a video of him and anya watching the video on my netbook of the little meowing kitty that Karrie posted on facebook yesterday. he was concerned about the little one. by the time i finally got my camera together it was the third time he'd seen it - but he was still watching.

love those cats.

Punkin really did look like he wanted to help!! Even Anya looked like she wanted to step in.

I've been absent for a few days, but I read you condo yesterday, which made me go back and read the last couple of days so I could see what was going on with the meter issue. Julie, if I were you, I'd be pissed!! I know getting upset doesn't accomplish anything, but geez louise!!! The difference in the two meters is ridiculous. And the Relion tests lower than the Accu-Chek Aviva (my backup) so just image what that meter would have shown. I'm glad you got the Relion. That's what I use (the Confirm). I love it. You probably already know, but you can get cheaper strips for that meter on ADW (the strips for the Glucocard 01 are the same as for the Relion). You can get 5 boxes of 50 strips (buy 4 get 1 free) for $70.

I'm sure Punkin's numbers are going to come down nicely now that you have an accurate meter. Keep up the good work!!!

Awww...sweet Punkin, sooo cute sitting in that bag! I actually had to stop watching, though, because the crying kitten started freaking out MY Petey. Yikes!!

Improvement is improvement, no matter how small. Have a great evening!

OMG Love it!! I just showed Garland that same video to see if she would watch it like your kitties did, and she got all worked up :lol: Sniffing the screen, big eyes, looking behind the computer (for the kitty), meowing back, etc. She really thought there was a little kitten in here cat_pet_icon She even took a few paws at the screen to figure out what was going on

The video response was so sweet. But I really liked the paper bag as a hangout and the exit from the bag. Is that a common "spot" for punkin?

Awww punkin you are just the cutest! He looked like a little kitty in the bag and then out jumps this big lion!

I wish ADW would deliver to Australia, my strips are $79 shelf price but I have a deal going with the Chemist and get them for $52 for one box :YMSIGH:
