Yesterday started blue, bounced, then down to blue, then an evening ride on the rocket ship. I think a partial fur shot contributed to the rocket ride last night. Today how ever is shaping up to be a nice celebration of our 24 weeks since SRT was completed.

Cloudy today, not much precipitation but still no interest from Neko in going outside. Other than whacking Theo, I haven't seen play but the rest of the P's are present. I also caught her in the LB this time and got another ketone test in. The power pole guys are back next door. No warning that we'll get a power outage, but still trying to get this posting up quickly, just in case.

Nice greens for Neko. :mrgreen: That's great she's doing so well 24 weeks after the SRT.

Woohoo! Nice little bit of surfing going on! Power guys left after only a short while, no outage. :-D

@Shelly - Thanks for popping in. Smooth surfing/sailing so far, but she will bounce, that's Neko's middle name. The question is how high?

@Michelle - Nice to see a slide from pink instead of red. :roll: Hopefully less of a bounce. Still good on power, the trucks just make me nervous when they show up.

@Carla - I am a fan of the 70's surfing, not too low but still nice numbers. It'll be half a year since SRT in two weeks, time has just flown.

Neko is ROCKIN' her post-SRT numbers!!! Hope she'll limit those trips to the moon and stay down by the lagoon.

I'm with you on the 70s, but do want to share something. I've been doing meter testing - side by side by side - with my Accu Chek Aviva, Bayer Contour, and ReliOn Confirm. At the low end (and Grayson has never really been REAL low), his 60 on ACA, yields a 53 on my Confirm. :mrgreen:

No matter how you slice it, it's a green. And as long as they're not hypo-acting... 55 is good!

Hoping things continue going so well for you guys!

@Barb - Yes, it is nice to see those greens during the day instead of at night!

@Lu-Ann - I've been watching your meter comparison with interest. I use the Confirm and have a Contour as backup. She's been as low as 35 on the Confirm, no outward signs of hypo, just VERY eager to eat when I put out the HC. After the 55 today, she wandered over to her daddybean's lap and hopped up for a good cuddle/purr/knead session. Things are still going well, she seems ever so slightly not as bouncy. I guess it's time to book her 6 month post SRT B/W.

Looks like Neko is recovering nicely from that fur shot! And, YAY! for no power outage :-D

@Libby - A very nice recovery from the fur shot. I was expecting a bounce. No power outage this time. They still have work to do on our pole, they just aren't telling us when.
