Good morning LL -
Well, it was a crazy busy weekend for me, but an uneventful one for Ms. Emma. I managed to give her a fur shot Saturday AM, so any progress she would have made went down the toilet. :YMSIGH: She did surf some nice blues for quite a while yesterday afternoon, so that was nice to see. This morning I'm guessing that she was snacking shortly before her AMPS, because she's up to 282. I haven't been using her timed feeder, because I'm afraid she'll need food and won't be able to get it, especially after last week's low. In the afternoons I'm arriving home right around +10, so it's not so much an issue. But in the early mornings, I'm home but I'm afraid I won't wake up if she drops really low. Especially lately - I've been sick and have been taking some cough medicine with codeine in it. That stuff really knocks me out! Anyway, I'm recovering, and most of the time I'm a light sleeper, so I really need to get back to using the timed feeder. I'll try to do that tonight so we can avoid a repeat tomorrow AM.
Other than that, everything's good. She's pretty subdued today, but it's crazy cold this morning, even in the house. My heat just can't quite keep up when it's below zero outside! She was all snuggled up in her bed on the couch, and I covered her with a blanket on my way out the door. I'm sure she's still there, nice and cozy!
Have a great day!
