I was gone and didn’t give a +9 snack tonight so he hadn’t eaten since +6.5 before his PM test. He normally gets something at around +9 so I will make sure he gets it going forward now that I see how much a difference it makes. Hopefully that is the only cause of the higher pm number.

will they always need a +9 or is this just when they’re first going into remission (and on a very small dose prior to going OTJ)?

ETA: I guess +9 is relative because there will likely be times late at night where he goes more than 3 hours without food unless he wants to eat on his own. I guess I’m hoping this +9 trains his pancreas for future longer stretches without food.
