Hi guys .. sorry to hear this morning's test wasn't easy .. Have you thought about getting an auto feeder, where you could have a midnight snack out for him? Or do you have other kitties who would eat it up first? Come on down off the pink floor atticus . have a great day!

punkin is the very same way. morning tests are the very hardest - mid day he's sleepy and a piece of cake. in the morning he's more than ready to eat so he gives me about 30 seconds to get it all done before he's trying to escape! :-D squirrely kitters!

Great PMPS and +2. How about getting a +3 and giving Atticus a small amount of LC to help him surf?

I gave him some FF Chicken at the +2. Was just now able to get a test at +4 and he's at 87. *gulp* He's having a bit of Avoderm chicken now.

87 is a very safe number.

I haven't a clue what the carb count is on Avoderm. Since you haven't seen any green until tonight, I'd get a +5. (Sorry!!)

An FYI: don't be surprised if Atticus bounces tomorrow.

Wow Monica!!! Atticus is breaking his bounce and giving you a lovely green cycle tonight. You might want to give him another tsp of LC food....don't give too much in case he comes down more and we need to feed to get him up. We just want him to slowly come down and then surf a bit. Can you get a +5 as long as he has about 30 mins after you feed him before you test him?

I'm about to do the +5. It'll have been about 50 minutes since the Avoderm, which is 9% carbs on Binky's list.
He's never turned down food so I don't think I'll have an issue with giving him more if he needs it.

116 at +5. Whew!
Do I need to worry about that just being a food spike, or can I go to bed?

I'm going to set up the automatic feeder for a snack overnight. I'd only been doing it doing when I go to work during the day, but this will probably help.

we like to see two rising numbers before you call it a night, but 116 is pretty great. if you can't stay up, though, could you set the autofeeder to open twice - a little bit in one hour and a little more in 2 hours? that should be ok, i'd think.

What do you think about setting your alarm for two hours and then just checking to make sure he's not coming back down? That could be a food number and it looks like he might nadir atround +6 or so on cycles where I can see that he has a nadir.

I'm all keyed up. I'll do the +6. Luckily I don't have anything major going on at work in the morning.

atticus is looking good. what a super cycle!

and yes, FD "enhances" the night owl effect, but ya still gotta sleep. i'm on the west coast so it's not even 11pm here yet. hope you can sleep tonight.
