Indeed, an amazing desert sky last night. Upward tilting crescent moon, like a cradle positioned to welcome new arrivals. Perfectly clear night allowing all the star-souls to peek through the veil and shine their eternity on us all. So, so many stars. So, so many souls.

Polly's numbers were whack-a-doodle yesterday. At P.M+9 I got a 340 reading on one meter, a 454 reading on another. Huh!!!!! Took her from her hammock to the bathroom, changed batteries in one meter, tested again. 218. And liked that number so quit! I'm thinking most of yesterday may reflect a fading battery. Or bad blood draws. Gad, I had trouble with that last yesterday.

We will see what today brings.

Be good Miss Polly. It's Friday. No flexibility at work.

As always, vines and wishes.

Oh, those meters! Maybe it was too cold? Sometimes, if I don't warm up the meter (Arkray Glucocard 01 mini) in my hand on a cold morning, I get the "thermometer" picture.

That was a beautiful picture you painted of the desert sky, the crescent moon, and the stars. Surely our newest GAs were looking down on their families.

Have a fine evening, Marilyn,

Hugs, scritches,

Thanks for checking in on Rusty

That's a nice slide down for Miss Polly!! Nice and Easy does it! :joyful:

Marilyn, You are a poet at heart! Were you a writer by chance? That is a beautiful image of the night skies!

Whackadoodle! The Relion meter does give a wonky number with too little or too much blood, but I like Tricia's idea to just keep testing til you get the number you want :smuggrin:

I'm seeing lots of blues tonight, Polly! Good for you! Hope you have a wonderful evening with lots of kitty snuggles, Marilyn!! :joyful:
