Happy Sunday LL!
Yesterday Muffin finally started eating better, more like normal. She seems to have been feeling ok, and now I'm wondering if it mostly my fault she wasn't eating as much. Of course it could be coincidence, but it seems she's wanting her food a little less watered down now. She really ate wonderfully yesterday, and I made her food with much less water in it. Before I was never too picky about how much I added to it, so sometimes it would end up really soupy. Now it seems that she'll eat it sooner and quicker if it's just mush and not soup.
The prednisone seems to working fine for her - I give it in the evenings (the time varies, because vet said to give it after she eats, so it's dependent on that) and her bgs do go up afterwards, but not too terribly high and they come down during the day, so I think it's safe to continue the course. After today she'll only get it every other day, so that's even better.
She still isn't playing as much as she was for a while, but that may be because all of her toys seem to have disappeared - assuming they are under the furniture, so I may have to dig those out for her and see what happens.
Still sending positive energy and healing vines etc to Claudia and Rocket, and to Perry and Sooty as well. Hope everyone in LL is doing wonderfully. (I had a busy week last week, so wasn't checking in as often as I'd like, but I try to keep up!)
