If you've been around L/L Land awhile, you will have heard all about KTSS....Kittenhood of the Travelling Soup and Spa.

@Michelle and Mannie (GA) gave a beautiful synopsis, not long ago, on the origin of KTSS.
The Kittenhood of Traveling Soup and Spa.... It's been a few years since KTSS was born - back in 2010. Stu, of Ella and Rusty, before Rusty, was sick one day - so Mannie, being a rookie chef at the time, decided that the best remedy would be chicken soup. So he made a batch and carried it, without spilling a drop, to NY to help Stu feel better... So of course as all things work in LL, Stu was all better. A few days Later Muffin wasn't feeling well, so Stu and Mannie decided that Muffin could use some of this miracle soup, so they made a batch and off to Muffins they went. About this time Tess joined. It was Ann that named the group: KTS - before the Spa was added. Tess decided, being the girl that she is, that a spa treatment would be very beneficial to the groups work, so she added a spa line. By this time Gracie was part of the group, along with Tobey, the head masseuse. It was Marje that added Spa to the name. So - KTSS was born - back in 2010, and has been serving LL kitties ever since: when they are sick, when they cross to the Bridge, when they have been to the vetty, when they just need LL love.

Sadly, Stu, Mannie, Tess, and Gracie have all crossed the Rainbow Bridge (but they send KTSS from beyond the veil) leaving Rusty and civvies Tobey and recently joined Vanessa in the KTSS Krewe. So this is an opportunity for some of you new kitties to carry on the tradition of KTSS and join the Krewe! Who's in??

PS For new members, while this is fictitious, it is a way to spread the love and take some of the stress out of dealing with FD.

WOOT! LOVE THIS! I so hope the tradition can carry on. I know for me personally that having this group, even if it is fictitious, did wonders for me, and the beans dealing with the stress of FD. None of it was ever easy. KTSS made illness, emergencies, and vetty visits all a little bit more bearable, when we could.

Carry on kitties! the troops here stand behind you.
 
The KTSS would be honored to have China join them. Does she have a special soup she likes to make or something else, perhaps? Tobey does the massage and Vanessa brings the coffee. Rusty is Chef extraordinaire with the chicken soup that he learned to make from Mannie and Stu.
 
China's good at making people smile....that's why she finds all those cute pictures for condo's!! She's such a jokester...and everybody knows laughter is the best medicine!!

Of course if she works out, we may have to add another "S" to the KTSS crew's name for "smiles";)
 
Awesome!!! Every KTSS needs two Scottish Folds and Mikey can represent the folded side of the SF family! And...he has a special "in" with Scotch distributors! Who couldn't use a nip of good, properly aged, single malt Scotch when they feel poorly?

And...already another customer! Auntie Mary bean needs KTSS!

Is it to late to apply? Michael would like to apply. He is the blues king and could sing and play music. He could give concerts.
 
Wow...what a response!!! I definitely think we have a new Krewe and Tobey said he'd be happy to resign since he is a civvie and the jobs should really go to L/L land kitties.

So Rusty is still our head chef, KTSS and otherwise.
Vanessa brings the coffee
China will provide moral support and laughter
Mikey can help make soup
Polly can take over from Tobey as masseuse extraordinaire and she can lick away the vetty smell
Snickers can help with spa treatments
Hyde can also be on the moral support team
Michael can provide comforting music

Thanks everyone for keeping this great tradition alive!!! Edward, Michelle's DH, and Neko could all use some KTSS!!
