1/22 Trouble AMPS 112, +6 118, PMPS 88, +3 77

Yesterday was a day of blues.. Trouble sneaked into some dry food that my husband left down for 5 minutes too long.. He didn't get alot but got enough to make a difference in his numbers.. He did fine a high green at +3 last night.. Hoping he settles back down today.

Light day today with appointments.. Was going to go to a dance/yoga class this am.. but decided to take it easey and as the sun is shining.. after days of rain.. may get out for a walk before my 10:30..

Well.. He was steady at 112 or so during the day.. but came home in the evening for a green PS, hopefully this is where he comes back down.. Eating some more at +1- right now.. so might not get a clear idea where he is at til tomorrow- if he has a food spike at +3.

Had a great day- got out for a jog- worked on my course- saw a client and got my husband to go to a yoga class with me at one of the studio's that I teach at.. and he liked it.. so hoping I can get him to come again! <3 Also found Dr. Elsey's cat litter for $7 cheaper than I was paying for it (it is pricey here in Canada). Hope you are all well

Yep back on track!! So amazing how much the dry food affects him- and we think he only had a few bites..
