Was getting a little worried when you didn't post yesterday that things might not be going well. Hope your Mom is still able to leave the hospital today.
Again, while I'm no pro at it, have you considered trying a reducie on Samwise for a couple of days? Just judging from your posts in the past week, It really looks like he goes low at night and has a bounce in the morning. A 0.25U reduction might smooth this out to a very even set of numbers. If it doesn't, you could always go back up again to your current dose.
