Good work on getting the data you got on the 21st. I think upping was probably needed. I know I already asked the question about the 18th and what might have been different that day. I know you had just switched food. I guess my question more more geared toward if you were perhaps home that day or just before to better able to monitor his food intake that day to ensure he was not sneaking naughty food the civies?

I think 1.6u is a reasonable increase. Hopefully you can stick with that as long as reasonable but if you need to increase again that's understandable.
How's the diarrhea? Did you guys ever give metronidazole (Flagyl) or any other antibiotic for the diarrhea? I am not suggesting you do that necessarily especially if you were going to be pursuing any more testing for bacteria. Treating before testing can eliminate the bugs one would be testing for. Of course you could just proceed to treating without testing too - many take this avenue as well.
