Not so much luck with the .5 dose increase so far! :banghead:

Gonna test every 3 hours today. Send us some good yellowy vibes! (I think blue is too much to hope for right now ;---; )

It takes time for those increases to 'kick in'. Be patient...he'll get there...and let's hope you DO see a blue...you just never know what these kitties have up their sleeve...er paw:confused:...well somewhere there's a secret of how/why they do things...and Luci never tells me anything either...:facepalm:

Remember FD is like a box of chocolates - you never know what you're going to get... well sometimes...but my predictions are typically wrong - and that's why I often end up with that nougat thing I don't like...:p

Your vibes worked! We got a 283 at +3! Can we get more than ONE yellow number today? Fingers crossed!
 
I posted on other thread. The depot has to adjust to new dose, it can take 2-3 cycles. You got a big drop this morning. Don't be surprised if there is a bounce or new dose wonkiness tonight or tomorrow.

I wonder if it would benefit to feed Max to slow down his bounce. Again, hoping an experienced member can confirm that.

Three cheers for Mr. Banana Man! Max is eating his lunch right now as we speak. Fed him immediately after his test.

A good blue?!

It's a 31 pt. drop in two hours though and he usually seems to drop some more in the next few hours according to his spreadsheet. That seems a bit much at once? Should I feed him some FF again?
 
He seems much brighter than he has been since diagnosis. I know the lower levels are making him feel better. I'm just worried! I have to leave him for 8 hours tomorrow when I go to work. I think I'm going to be testing every hour until I go to sleep, and maybe even then!

You can feed him a small meal if you’d like since you’re at +9.

He might be bouncing tonight or tomorrow so you might not need to be too worried :)

He ate some FF and a tiny amount of cooked turkey. I know I want lower numbers, but ah! I think lower numbers might make me just as nervous!
 
Those are safe numbers but I totally get it. I was so anxious and shaking and wanted to cry when Ming kept giving me low numbers in the beginning (Ming’s intro to Lantus was NOT good... long story... lol). Now if I could throw him in the water, I would but he’s not budging lol.
