1/21 Trixie PMPS 120 +2.25 159 - Snow Day!!

No lagoon so far today, but close enough! After last night's bouncy fuds spike, I'm quite happy with this 106 :-D ! I'm hoping to make run to my local Ma and Pop fuds store to see if they have any Canadian Wellness to try for Trix...I don't know if she'll notice the difference, but anything is worth trying - we are burning through FortiFlora at an alarming right...sprinkle, surface lick...lather, rinse, repeat. She is SO not impressed with her current Wellness :roll: !!

We're about to get hammered with up to 14" of snow :shock: ....blech. I am sure we'll be closing the store early - and there really is probably no point in opening because I'm sure everyone is out buying milk and bread :roll: ...but who knows, maybe they'll stop for their emergency rations of beads on their way home! Hopefully we'll be able to open at some point tomorrow, but I think the snow is supposed to last through a good portion of the night. Fortunately, I'm only 1.5 miles from the store, so no lengthy drives for me. DH went to work early, so he can leave early and still get in a full day. Enough with winter already!!!

Sending extra prayers out to J.D. again - kick that p-titus, J.D.!!!

Looking good there Trixie. That +2.5 is almost green, sure does have that tint to it. Surf well today little one.

Good luck with the Wellness search. I hear some beans say that they kitties do notice the difference. Maybe Trixie will like the Canadian better. Thank goodness that she likes the FortiFlora...

oh my on the snow! It is nice that you are so close to work. One can walk that if one has too, sure does make it a bit easier, not alot of nasty road driving. Ya never know... there still may be customers! But I do agree: enough of winter already!

Good luck on your Wellness search. "Product of Canada" is underneath the aluminum-recycle logo on the 3 oz. cans. Trixie looks great this morning, ready to take her dip in the lagoon. surf safe, Trix!

Stay safe on the roads. We have the extreme cold, but no new snow. You guys are going to get it all!

Hi guys .. nice numbers trixie! Good luck on finding the right fuddies for her .. and good luck with the snow headed your way! A few weeks back we got hammered with almost 20in of snow .. it was like the end of days here with everyone trying to stock up on bread and milk and then before you knew it, shelves were cleared and every store in town was shut down!! Stay warm and safe!

Nice blue start for Trixie today. Oh no on the Wellness. She just wants to see you dance. :lol: I hope you are able to find the Canada Wellness and she approves of that a little more.

We have made it to the lagoon :mrgreen: !!

I'm at work and the snow is flying. We probably won't stay open too long, but we actually do have 3 customers in here right now!!

Hi Amy,
Trixie is looking very nice this morning :-D Hope she has hangs around the pool/lagoon today.
Wow on the snow. I am from NJ, and so remember the bread/milk panic :-D And the piles of snow in the parking lots, taking up half of the parking spots. And struggling to push the cart through the frozen clumps of ice in the parking lot.
Taking a trip down memory lane :-D
Hope Trix likes the new Wellness. I am going to stop at Petco on my way home to try a few different cans again myself. My civvies eat more of the Wellness than Cleo.
I have been using the liver powder along with the forti flora to sprinkle on her fuds. I don't know what I would do without the "extras."

UGH on all that snow! I guess you got your wish to close early today...but maybe not to be open tomorrow! :shock:

Lovely slide today, Trixie! I think you just wanted to visit the lagoon to get away from that yucky weather outdoors! :lol:

Stay safe out there, Amy. 1.5 miles doesn't sound like a long way, but in icy or snowy conditions, it can be just as treacherous as 15 miles!

...or, at least a snow afternoon. We closed the store at 2:00. I didn't have a chance to look for the Canadian Wellness and the roads are just too nasty now. I've got plenty of FortiFLora on hand to keep things going with our current Wellness :roll: !

The kitties were happy to see me...or, they were happy I was home to turn the heat up! They were a bit confused to see me coming home and thought it was dinner time...so, of course, I caved and gave 'em a snack.

Gonna go have a little jewelry making fun now :-D !!

Pretty much a carbon copy of last night. These bouncy food spikes make me wonder if we shouldn't have taken the reducie when we did, but at the same time, she's hitting the lagoon, so I don't think I should increase, either. Argh, FD!!!

I will curious to know how Trixie reacts to Canadian Wellness.
I'm sure she'll notice the difference, they are like different foods to Lucy.
Lucy first liked US Wellness, then Canadian Wellness, and now older batch of US Wellness. :roll:
She eats some Canadian Wellness, but some she refuses.
I don't understand why they can't be a bit more consistent.
