Good morning Cecile! Thanks for the encouragement . I know he is but so frustrating to just start to head in the right direction and take a step back. Looking in the closet for those patience pants now and putting beach pants back for another day.

Cats do not bounce from less insulin. They bounce either because they went lower than their bodies are used to, or did a fast drop in numbers. Tiger's not used to those lovely greens, yet, but seeing them is a good way to start. It helped me to think of the bounces as a good thing - they meant the insulin was working to get the cat into better numbers than they are used to.

Hey Deb, I somewhat know the frustration... on 1/17 Kona hit a lime green, I was forced to do a reduction when her numbers had been awesome for about a week. The numbers since haven't been impressive.

I got pinks this morning which were disappointing. We just have to be patient...

Did your blood Ketone meter arrive? For me, seeing the ketone readings while in higher numbers really gives me piece of mind.

I’m just glad he is at least in blue today. Started high but came down at least.
