Miss China is still enjoying her new life at the Falls, but of course she continues to report for duty at the lagoon too!

Got my computer working!!! Had to re-download Winblows and lost all the programs I had but at least it's working again!!

Was able to save my pictures and documents but lost a lot of my bookmarked pages so I'll have to find them again as I need them and re-bookmark them Could be worse though!!

Can't believe today is my brother's 60'th birthday! Gosh that makes me feel old!! I remember the days when I thought I'd never make it past 30....and wasn't sure I wanted to....LOL (you know how we were when we were young...we never wanted to get "that old")

After being below zero earlier in the week, it was 70 degrees today!! Crazy weather!!!

May I ask how long will you have to continue to monitor her BG?

For the rest of her life she'll get tested, but as time goes on, I'll reduce how often. Since she still occasionally runs a little higher than I'd like at Pre-shot, I've continued to test twice a day, but if she continues to stay all green, I'll reduce it to once a day, then a couple times a week, then maybe once a week

Catching them quickly if they come out of remission is the key to getting them back under control

That's the problem....my brain still feels like it's a lot younger than I am, but my body says I'm a lot older than I am!!.....very confusing!!

I'll see a muscle car out on the road and think "boy, I'd love to have one of those and see how fast it can really go" or "what a waste for such a great car to be driven by such an old fogy that doesn't really know what it'll do".....usually on my way home from the pain clinic......LOL

I'm still testing daily for the most part, George runs a little higher than I would like to see at times. But he was never a low rider, so who knows what is normal for him.
