1/21 Asher amps 317, +6.5 60, +8 45, +9 72

Long time no see! Truth be told, I didn’t get on here b/c our spreadsheet wasn’t updated and I needed help getting a new spreadsheet page (thank you Sue of Sue and Oliver, and Squeem)
Anyhow, now we have two spreadsheet pages, our 2011 and 2012 PZI and Lantus page, and a new page for Lantus 2013. It was a lot to scroll thru on one page!

We have been having pretty decent numbers for awhile, not that you would know from this morning’s crappy number!
We were down to 4 units but are back up to 4.5 and trying to hold this for as long as we can to see if he settles. We are getting a 300 every 6-7 days now it seems. I am wondering if Asher needs his teeth cleaned again or what. I don’t think we should raise since he gets some low numbers otherwise, but the pinks bum me out.
We are due for a vetty appt in the next month or so. We will find out about teeth then. He has been a trash mouth and has needed his teeth cleaned and has lost some the last two years.

Otherwise, whole cat report is good. It’s a dreary cold day, so both boys are tucked in their beds snoozing. Alby with his head on Daddy’s arm, drooling and kneading occasionally :-D

Hi guys, nice to see a condo update! Don't worry about this pink, it's a pretty low one so I'm sure asher will be back down soon .. Good luck with the new dose, hope it is just what he needs to get back on track .. have a great day guys!

Thanks! You are correct, our +6.5 was just 60 !!! This boy keeps us steppin!

So now at +8 the boy is at 45. We fed since he was really pesty for food. Dunno if we should try and hang with the 4.5 or reduce. I know I am supposed to let him go to 40 to reduce, but we had to feed him, he was relentless and we are getting no work done here today. Trying to strike some sort of balance here, in more ways than one :lol:

I'm not certain but I think the choices are once under 40 or three times under 50 for kitties that have been on insulin "long term"?

It nice of him to share almost the entire rainbow spectrum with you today (although you didn't catch the yellow or blue:-) )

it has been a while since I've seen you post.
Good to see those greens!

And life is too much juggling....
perhaps we who find this place are the real jugglers in life....

in which case, I want a costume.... :lol:
