Yesterday was full spectrum day for Neko. She started with that floor we really don't ever want to visit again (a result of a bread starter raid the night before), eased to blues during the day, then continued down to greens at night. I'm not sure how low she really got at night as I made a mistake in setting the cell phone alarm and got up an hour later than I intended. Hoping she just surfed in between.

Yet another beautiful sunny day. I can see it's foggy lower down. We are at about 400 ft up and close to the water, but seem to miss the worst of the fog where we are. Neko got first dibs on the best solarium chair, as civie Theo joined me btb. Neko did get a nice long yard patrol, so the second test was a little later than I intended, but with that start I wasn't too worried about her. It's looking like a late nadir day. I did want to do some quilting wit a friend, but I think there's going to be some driving back and forth.

Today, I thinking off all the kitties who went to the bridge yesterday, so many in just one day, and also the ones who need some healing energy. What is it about this time of year? For beans and cats alike it seems to be a time of illnesses.

Ugh on yesterday but today looked better. It is so sad when we lose so many at once. Hope you have a great night Wendy!!

Nice morning cycle - and I love the greens from last night. WOO HOO! omg on the starter raid. tell her that is no way to find Mannie when he was on those floors....

We have finally broken out endless fog days, after three days of nothing but dense fog we finally saw the sun today. The sunset tonight is beautiful - it is so great to see color in the sky.

I hope you were able to go quilting with your friend. it sounds like an enjoyable time.

I wanted to thank you for continuously visiting Mannie, even when I could always return the favor, It is much appreciated!!!

Hmm, wonder where she went in between. I'm just home between dinner and dessert, but will now be back for the +2. Got a bit of quilting done, DH is helping install a range hood and I get dinner out of it. :-D

@Melissa - It is definitely a better morning than yesterday - so don't want to repeat that. :shock:

@Michelle - You and Mannie are practically neighbours, of course I have to see how he is doing. Glad you got out of the fog today. My friends place was smack in the middle of the fog layer. They have a gorgeous view, but not this afternoon. It's cleared up tonight and I can hear the fog horns tonight. I'm glad you got to see the sunset - they have been gorgeous. I keep telling Neko to stay away from carbs, but she doesn't listen. :lol:

Sigh. I guess she nadir'ed late today while I was gone.

@Mary - Neko has been getting some nice numbers lately. It's been nice to see after 11 months on Lantus. She is always interested in what we are cooking/baking, especially when DH is baking bread. :lol: Often if I open the fridge door, she'll come running, even if it's no where near meal times.
