1/20 Harley PMPS 219, +4.5 129

[Harley and Pattie]

Harley seems to be dropping rather quickly. He was 199 at +10, PMPS 219, +2 174, +2.5 153. Should I just ride this out or look at giving him some MC food to get the dip to stabilize?

I probably would have fed some LC and retested in 30 min. These aren't huge drops so LC may get Harley surfing.

Harley is still going down. I did not give any food yet and will continue to check to see how bg is doing. I am doing 30-45 minute checks.

Is there a point that I feed Harley? At 4.5 he is 129. What about tomorrow AM - do I still shoot 9 u?

It's hard to give you a definitive answer. A lot will depend on where Harley's numbers are at tomorrow. With IAA kitties, if you have broken through the insulin resistance, you may have to move down the dose ladder quickly.

I'm attaching a copy of BK's spreadsheet. This is a notable IAA cat for whom there is wonderful data. Also, you may want to look at Emma's condo from yesterday.
