Here we go again in the 500s.

This is so frustrating

I am not sure if it was a furshot or that he is bouncing.

How do I know if I am giving him to much insulin?
 
You know it's too much insulin if you see him dip below 90. His nadirs are not between 90 and 149. He needs an increase - which ketones are also telling you. I saw you increased this morning, then backed off the increase? Sniff the injection site to see if you smell Lantus, that will tell you if it was a fur shot. Also New Dose Wonkiness a possibility.

I apologize for the confusion. I gave him 1.50 not 1.25. Spreadsheet has been updated!
