Morning LLl!! Moonie was up in the catnapper again today?????? nailbite_smile ohmygod_smile
She just never ceases to amaze me!! She dropped very nicely lately & it is pretty great!
I did smell insulin on her coat today, probably from top of syringe- obviously not a fur shot!

Today DH went to work, but may come home early --So maybe today we will buy our long overdue new washer & dryer? DH does the laundry & even though the dryer takes like 2 hrs to dry anything, he has held onto it for 2 yrs more than anyone should!--He's either thrifty ;-) or very sentimental!--
No the thing is he hates changes...Too bad it's time!!

Hi guys ... nope, definitely not a furshot with that +4! Lookin' good moonie! We bought a new washer/dryer last month. It is supposed to be energy efficient .. it seems to take twice as long in the wash as what my 10 year old set took and the dryer isn't much better .. I can say that when the clothes come out, they do smell really clean and they are thoroughly dry!

Isn't Moonie pretty in green this morning! It's good to hear she's doing so well.

If it takes two hours to dry a load, a new dryer may pay for itself in no time! Have fun shopping.

mmmm - just an fyi on the dryer - if there is a lint build-up it will make the dryer not be able to exhaust and it does make it take forever to dry clothes. it's also a terrible fire hazard. you might clean out the vent duct (including inside the dryer) and see if that makes a difference. we've had that very situation and it was lint - i'm just glad we didn't all burn up!!!!

Moonie is pretty up & down today! She is chillaxin on the bed- & nibbling on her food-Nice & quiet with DH at work--
Uh Oh he's on his way home :lol: :lol: Moonie's peace will be disturbed! confused_cat
Hope we can get something done today,because with us it's the best laid plans of mice & men(excuse the expression kities :lol: )--So have a great rest of the day! Hugs & Love for you know who! :mrgreen:

not sure it'll help, but last month I replaced the element on June-bob's dryer, and it's like brand new!

and this seems fitting...

Great day for Miss Moonie! Have you ever posted a picture of the catnapper? We got a new washer last year and got a front loader. Supposed to use less water but I can't really tell. Like Devon said, the clothes come out clean. :lol: :lol: I would like a dryer with a sensor (ours just has a timer) but the darn thing keeps working. Have a nice evening, Roni.

Happy New Year to you!! A new washer/dryer is a great way to start the year. But I'm puzzled that you say that the old dryer is 2 years old and you have hung onto it forever. Typo for 20 years? We have a front loader/low-water washer/dryer combo in our apartment in the city and it does a great job, but it takes forever. (over an hour for the washer to finish it's program; about 1.5 hours for the dryer). Our older washer here is finished in a half hour, and the dryer can be set for whatever time you want. No fancy programs. So what did you wind up getting?

Evening!! Just woke up from my UH-HUM! Nap since 10:30 pm--Same thing every night(at least I am consistant!)--WE got a new washer & dryer-GE--Only ones that would fit into our laundry room!
Our dryer was at least 20 yrs old(typo before), & washer too!
Yikes it was expensive, but needed! :thumbup Another Bill!! Whoo Hooo!

Moonie did a scarf & barf right after her shot, her first! She had eaten some cooked chicken that I gave her, then ate her dindin, & went into the LR & barfies!!--Not to worry, she ate a while later & was fine.
Yes I want to learn how to post pix on here, I really suck at it--I read the SS directions yesterday :roll: :roll: :o nailbite_smile @-) ohmygod_smile I am not good with directions!!!
I do have a small one Celi once sent me, I'll try it!
Well, I am tired after my eve nap, so have great dreams, easy sleepus, and good health to all LL..
Prayers for all ailing kitties & beans..I is going down to 29 degrees here tonite-I miss Copper in my lap on a night like this-
