Jack is doing well and I plan on picking up the new meds today to be ready for the trial start. Not quite as nice a start as yesterday, but we will just see how the day goes. I can't worry about a single days numbers, I would be in the nut house trying to figure out the odd day he occasionally has.

It appears Jack vs the autofeeder is underway again. I had protected the dial from the top, but needed a way to be able to set it myself, so there was a small gap where I could reach my hand in. It appears Jack has grown thumbs and learned how to turn the dial:banghead:. I made a quick flap to cover that flaw and will see how it works, I'm guessing it is only a short term solution. This guy is relentless. I came out last night and he it looked like I caught him kicking the flap with his back leg. Glad I made it nice and sturdy, if the flap works I can put some actual hinges on it and secure it a bit better.

Hope al the kitties and beans are doing good, extra vines for Les and Gussie... Eat you fuds Gussie!

Well sounds like Capt. Jack is feeling better with his efforts to over take the Auto. Yep, gotta try to ignore those rotten numbers that pop up which isn't easy. I'm really trying to be happy with most under 300 and above 60. Too many factors with our boys. Have a good day Wes.

He is worse then a squirrel, smart little bugger. It didn't take him long to find the first flaw in the design. I honestly didn't expect him to learn how to turn the dial, at least not that fast. At least it shows he is feeling better if he is playing cat burglar again.

I've learned to just roll with the numbers, no point worrying too much... I had hoped for a few more days before tainting his spreadsheet with pink, but he makes the rules, not me.

A day with higher numbers = save a strip day. Had lots of those, occasionally looked forward to them, especially if on the night cycle.

Love the battle Otto.

Too much pink for the second day of the year. Jack must have forgotten about the pink-tutu threat. Planning on a bit more R later today to try to get a little yellow out of the boy.

I'm still a little test happy when it comes to dosing R, some days it seems to react more strongly then other days, but yes, a reduced test day for the boy. He will have a few curves shortly so hopefully he enjoys the break.

Picked up the drug trial med from the vet today. It was a bit more then I was guessing, about $250 for a 1 month supply from Diamondback. Much more affordable compared to the pasireotide. Not sure what the vet added to the bill, and not sure if the cost would come down if we had it compounded a little stronger. I think she tried to make it easy to dose by figuring out the needed strength for 1ml... That's great except she is off by 10% and the syringe only holds 1ml:banghead:

Hoping that the new med does what they are hoping it will! Love the new picture btw!
Jack, Dude, there's a TUTU threat floating out there on your Bean's lips...A TUTU....rumor has it it's PINK too....
I'd work that juice buddy, guessing a pink tutu is not the best look for you right now....
Woohoo!! Score on the auto feeder hack!

Sending vines and hopes that Jack heads back down from the tutu floor soon...:bighug::bighug::bighug:
