Happy Fursday! Sending mega healing vines out to Lucy and Jupe today as well as Anne and Liz in Flagstaff. Getting close on that OTJ trial being over for Errol!!! And rooting Sassy on.

Gracie loves to acknowledge us when we walk in a room. She tosses her head back and gives this tiny mew but it has the effect of her saying hey..what's up? so we say we got a 'sup from her. It also lets us know that she is doing well. This morning in between AMPS and +2, she was on the condo in the sunny guest room soaking up the rays and I caught her in the middle of a yawn. Not wanting to be anti-social, as she yawned, she tossed her head back and also tried to get the mew out and the effect....while difficult to describe....was really, really funny and adorable. She's been busy this morning racing in and out of the catio and just generally keeping an eye on things.

Yesterday was a bizarre day for her BG. I have to wonder if I hit a dead spot with the shot yesterday morning. She does have a little adipose spot on her scruff and I tried to shoot away from it but her numbers just didn't make sense. Of course, FD doesn't always make sense so it's behind us and she has decided to clear her bounce or whatever in true LBG fashion.

DM is supposed to be released from the hospital today. My sister said she had a good day yesterday but her BP is still spiking and they don't know why. Today, she is getting ornery and wants to go home. Thank you all for your wishes for her.

Oh Marje, that's wonderful news about your DM. ornery is good :smile: Boy oh boy miss Gracie sure did clear that bounce, what a lovely afternoon color for your girl. Have a wonderful afternoon. Kisses to your fur babies :YMHUG:

Nice numbers for Gracie today. :mrgreen: I hope your DM does get to go home today and they get her BP under control.

Oh yes she cleared that bounce. Yikes. I also have to wonder, still, about the absorption issue. I only listed the numbers above on the hour but we were testing every 30 minutes.

Looks like a reduction for tonight. I don't like reducing her when she clears a bounce because she tends to get a little dramatic about bounce clearing but I also don't mess with the 30s so less juice tonight LBG.

I'd sure like to see a picture of the catio.... in fact I'd like to see pictures of everybody's catio's. Is is possible to start some sort of LooseLips Catio PIx thread? I hear other people mention their catios. Our cats only stay in. Not even a screen porch. But lots of viewing windows with bird/squirrel and Black Bart sighting spots. I am always coming up with wild schemes for how to get them outside safely; John is a carpenter but so far no catio action.

Yikes, Gracie! I would have sent Zener over with the ropes to pull you up! But your Mamabean has everything under control. :-D Thank you for the vines (still/again). :roll: :lol: I feel a little better today after eating lunch. :-D

I hope your mom gets to go home, with lower BP and feeling good. Gracie is such a busy little girl! :mrgreen: Always keeping those beans hopping. Good luck with the reducie :-D
 
Thank you Lauren, Carla, donaleen, Liz, and Rachel for visiting Missy G today in her adventures.

The bounce looks like it is starting but we decided not to shoot through it. If she bounces hard, shooting through it won't make a difference. I'd rather give her a little R.

I've been absent the last two days because I've been under the weather so I didn't realized your mom was hospitalized. So glad she's going to be able to go home. Sometimes, that's just the ticket!! I hope she continues to do well.

I hope your New Year has started out well!!

Really, principessa? Was your New Year's resolution to keep your beans glued to your side?

I hope your DM si aout of the hospital and stays that way. As others said , ornery is a good sign.

Sorry to miss your condo over the holidays. Thanks for visiting us!! Gracie had quite the day today. She is ACTIVE!! Glad to hear that your DM is out of the hospital and improving. Sending her some get-all-better vines.
