@Robert and Echo So the trick to highlighting the text and putting the link in so that the word "Yesterday" is the link doesn't work on my phone. Am I doing something wrong? Maybe I can only do it on a computer, which is fine, just curious.

Anyway, a little high for Cobb today, but I'm guessing he's still adjusting back to where he needs to be. I'm sure he'll level off soon.

Lots of prayers and healing vines for Calley and Kristin, as well as anyone else who needs them.

I dropped Matty off at school this morning. I feel so guilty taking him when I don't have to work, but I did have a doctor's appointment, hair appointment, and needed to get some stuff done around the house, so it is probably worth it. Plus, he hasn't been since the 23rd and we don't need to go back to crying every day! He did fabulous though. ..waved bye bye. :(

***Cute story alert: Matty has learned how to give kisses. So last night we were walking up the stairs to go to bed, he said "bye bye Dada," went to the stairs where Cobb was laying, petted him and said "ge-tle," (gentle) and then bent down and gave him a kiss on the head. It was SO cute, I wish I had it on video to share with you all.

I hope your 2015 is off to a great start!

aw, that's adorable. nothing like the love of a toddler for their kitty. i have a pic of my oldest basically laying on our cat, TC, when she was about Matty's age. she was trying to hug her, but i think TC was probably getting mashed. She didn't object, though. I think even animals can tell when a baby of another species is a baby and they tolerate their bumbliness.

I can't figure out how to highlight text on my phone either. I'm pretty sure it can be done I just need to put some effort into figuring it out.

That +10 is looking pretty good. Looks like Cobb's getting back to business. How adorable on the kiss from Matty! Hopefully Cobb appreciated the love. :joyful: I grew up with a cat that hated to be loved on by us kids, but we loved on him just the same. My younger sister and I would fight over who got to pet Smokey, and would race from the bus stop after school to see who could get to him first. Poor cat.

Thank for the visits Julie and Jen! Cobb is looking good tonight, which has been an awful night. Apparently my child had a breath holding spell after hitting his head while playing...long story short, he stopped breathing, passed out, we called 911 and ended up in the ER for the last few hours under observation. Not to worry...all is well, he is fine. I'm not even sure there's an actual bump on his head, but the paramedic firefighters said they thought a doctor should look at him to be safe. :nailbiting: I'm not sure I can survive having such an active boy!!! Matt told me there's no way to prevent it, this is why we have insurance and these things are going to happen...but still...

Oh dear, little boys will definitely turn one's hair grey prematurely, and it sounds like Matty is all boy!! I'm glad he's okay, and that you and Matt survived. I second the suggestion for adult beverages and chocolate.

I'm glad Cobb seems to be settling down, too. You have enough stress for one day!
