The Are You Sure This is a New Year? Condo.
The Late Condo Queen has outdone herself tonight! With DH down hard with the flu and both my girls needing constant plate chasing, it's been hard to know which end is up today. Cinco, meanwhile, is blissfully ignorant of the chaos around him. He seemed to be responding to the dosecrease threat earlier today. Tonight not so much. It's still on the table, little boy....
I think Sasha and Minka have both developed an aversion to all the foods on my playlist. They keep turning up their noses at them, but if I offer one of our "old" foods, like a FF classic, they scarf it down! Problem is, FF is too high in phosphorous for Miss Minka. I guess I'll have to keep trying some new foods that are more kidney friendly to see if I can get her to eat them.
Harvey has been eating his pills in pill pockets the past couple of days, and eating his fuds as well. Alas, not the z/d. I must add a huge ANTI-JINX here.
The IM that saw him has been rotated off clinic duty, so I'll have to call Monday to find out who I ask about making an appointment with the nutritionist. Wait, I'll be there Monday with Cinco!
Guess I can find out then.
I suspect we will lay low this weekend, with DH sick. I really need to take a shovel to the house and see if I can locate my furniture and carpet. When I do, it will probably need cleaning!
I'm so sad after reading the news about Calley. Thoughts and prayers go out to Kristen and Lilly. What a valiant fight they all put up. Many tears flowed here as I followed them the past few days. Fly free, sweet Calley, and land softly.
Sending healing vines to all in need and hugs to all their beans.
Prayers continue for Amy's DF, Lyresa's DF, Lisa's DF and Elise's DM.
