Rico is feeling much better and we are getting new lab tests tomorrow.
Depot building takes 5-7 days. How do I continue after this? Can I hold the same dose longer than a week?

Yes, since his nadirs are in the range you want them to be in, you would continue to hold the dose unless he drops below 50 and earns a reduction or his numbers start moving up, requiring an increase.
