Today I brought home these two orinch brothers, the one in front is 7 months and the one in back is 14 months - names to be announced, once they tell me....
Thanks Sienne -- I can't believe I got orinch...I'm into the black kitty and well they are so not black...I kept myself open and went for personality above looks....
Congrats on the new kittehs! I've never had orinch ones either, but they sure are pretty Did you get them from a shelter? Guess they are bros, so maybe not. Either way, yay!
I got them from Caryl's friend the vet tech at her vet, who does rescues...yes they are brothers and they are both EduCATed - they came from FDU - Fairleigh Dickinson University....
Same mom, who is their daddy...that we will never know....
Thanks Jill - they are so scared...I feel bad for them being so scared and hiding under the futon. I got them both out and younger one was shaking, older one I got to nibble a little wet food from my hand before taking off under the futon...they need time and they will get it. I won't push..ok I will try not to push
They are SOOOOOO handsome! I've never had orinch kitties either, but I've always read great reviews about them  !!! I'm sure they will very quickly learn what a safe, wonderful, happy home they now have!!
The guy up front reminds me of Mullet when he was young. Except your guy's white markings are more precise. The guy in the back, is he all Orinch or is he hiding some white?
Hoping today is filled with ankle rubs and head-bumps.
They are adorable! Of course, we like orinch around here... now. I never wanted an orinch kitty until Cinco invited himself into our lives. I got around it by telling everyone he was creamy orange..
The older one looks like there is some Maine Coon in him, with that tail and those ears. He also looks like he's going to be a big kitty. What fun! Congratulations on your new babies!
Awww.....they are both so beautiful! I'm so happy for you. Get ready for lots of fun with them once they settle in, which will be soon I'm sure.
Congratulations and they are so lucky to have been rescued by you.
thanks everyone... they already are loving to each other and the young un is lovey to me, even gave me belly... but they are still scaredy.....patience grasshopper, I know....
Bless you. You will be rewarded by the love and affection they will return. Time, they will be involved in all you do. I think they are adorable. Please keep us posted.
One of these days, when little guy is feeling safer, you can have a play date and compare tails. so we can see who has the longest, fluffiest, puffiest, etc. Doesn't that sound like fun?
