Ive kept the dose at 0.25 for one more day to see what happens Thanks @Wendy&Neko for answering my question about this. I called the vet and they are going to give me one dose of B12 (no charge) because the B12 from Chewy, although approved, hasnt shipped yet. Hopefully it will get here in a week by the time I need to give her the next dose.
Her poos do look a bit better. I would imagine with the B12 being so low, she probably isnt absorbing anything, including her Pancreatitis meds. Hopefully we will see a change once the B12 is started.
