Ergh - I think I may have gotten at least a partial furshot tonight. I wondered at the time because I was holding the syringe at an odd angle (Jack was unusually squirmy), with my thumb against the plunger as I pushed the needle in. (Not a recommended way to insert it.) It just felt like it depressed way too easily. I thought I faintly smelled some insulin after, but wasn’t sure; I also have a bandage on my finger that has a medicinal scent too. I put my nose in his fur and didn’t smell it there. I decided to hope it all went in the cat. Now that his numbers are rising instead of going down tonight, I’m forced to think that it didn’t… :banghead:
