Xander's eating a bit slower tonight. I worried he might be nauseous as he refused his first meal, but then he started eating normally afterwards. I'm wondering if his flea meds (cheristin) affects his appetite. We applied it today and I noticed a low appetite day last time we applied it. It could totally be a coincidence, but I see loss of appetite listed as a side effect.
I also had a weird mishap with his PM insulin shot. As I removed the syringe, a drop of blood came out which never happened before. Maybe I shot at a slightly different angle today and went too deep? He didn't seem to notice at all, just hope the absorption isn't weird.
