Yesterday, Neko got her board shorts on.

And today the brat again heard us say we want to go out today. :rolleyes: I'm kind of surprised at the numbers, because I shaved a little off her dose yesterday morning cause she was looking like she was hinting that she needed it. So far, the shave doesn't seem to have phased her. It's been a week and a half since the dental, I wonder if that's starting to kick in.

Lots of purrs from Miss Neko this morning. We got a spontaneous purr from her bed when I sat down near her, and lots of purrs after I got out of the shower. She likes to "help" towel me off by licking my shins. It's better if I'm standing on one leg. :p Then she lay down on the bath mat, back to hot air vent, and exposed her tummy for rubs. So I obliged. :)

I'm off shortly for brunch and watching a game. See you all later.
 
Love how lovey Neko is. I have a crew of indifferents. You wanna snuggle...oh, o.k., for a minute. Wanna purr...well, that comes pretty easily. But no one seeks me out for attention. Unless it's feeding time!

Glad she gave you a little bump at +3. Easier to enjoy the game!

Go .... oh, honest, I don't care who wins. Just want a good competitive game w/o officiating errors!

Great to hear Neko is feeling good and being a happy, loving kitty. @pollydoodle, having a loving kitty is wonderful, but sometimes they can make you feel really guilty when they want love and you don't have time to sit down and hold and cuddle them (Sasha).

I hope Ms. Neko behaves today while you're gone and your team wins, Wendy.
 
I came home to a green kitty again. I think she might be getting used to being green, she's not so frantic for food in this part of the green zone.

@ Marilyn, Tricia, Carla, Jen, Michelle - This time last year, Neko was more withdrawn and quiet. Then we started her on daily bupe, and what a difference! All her life she'd been one to let us know she wanted some cuddles. I just wish her arthritis didn't bother her as much, she'd probably seek laps like she used to. @Michelle and Mannie (GA) - what a game! What a roller coaster! We did see it all. We were in a "taphouse" that served a nice brunch and plenty of TV's. The place was rocking. Several of the Seahawks, including Russell Wilson, have to come to local high schools so there's quite a fan base here.
 
I missed the end of the game because of the potluck. But it must have been thrilling. Did you leave the TV on so that Neko and Theo could watch?
