Well as you can see, Lucy's numbers are horrible today - started with stinky pinky.
Lucy vomited early morning yesterday, and vomited worse again last night before bed.
It was liquified food, not her usual yellowish liquid.
I think it's the enzyme powder I mentioned yesterday that's causing this.
It contains liver and pancreas, and although it doesn't specify the source, I assume it's bovine, and I always suspected Lucy might be allergic to beef.
So I knew I was taking a chance, and I wasn't overly surprised when she vomited, but still I'm quite disappointed because I had really hoped digestive enzyme would help Lucy feel better.
I e-mail about her vomiting to the holistic vet, and I will see what she says, as it is only my guess that the enzyme is causing her to vomit.
I am hoping that she can find some other product without beef to try, but she particularly liked this product because of pancreas in it.
It's really hard to find something for Lucy as she has so many issues. :YMSIGH:
The good thing is, she still ate her breakfast!
I fully expected her to not eat when I got her AMPS, because I imagined she must have spent the night feeling yucky to have her BG that high.
But she ate, and I am happy about that.
I have exciting news!!!
I'm going to visit Wendy, Neko and Theo tomorrow!!!!!!!!
(If both our kitties cooperate.)
Wendy has been so kind and collecting Lucy's special batch of Wellness from her local petfood stores.
And also she got some babyfood for Lucy when she went to US last time.
Thank you, Wendy!!!
I hope everyone's having a nice weekend!
