good morning, Lantus peeps...

Well, he may have left on the Green Express yesterday, but due to a fur shot, he decided to return on the Skyview Tram.
only LB P's so far...he doesnt feel much like socializing in his little pink trousers.

So, rather than bemoan the not fun numbers, we'll change the subject and share the story of the Rebel Macaque Troupe known as The Galta Gang. A group of females led by an alpha Rani (spelled differently, but pronounced as in Moonie or Luna), they roam the streets of Jaipur, India...and mug people, burgle their houses, and very creatively beg, wheedle and cheat passersby of whatever food they can.
While their plight due to encroaching human population is not humorous...the way their story is presented on the series Rebel Monkies is truly funny.
At one point, Rani corners a woman 4 times her size and threatens to slap her silly until the gal tosses her bag of food to the ground and runs... :lol:
if you have the chance...you should check out the series...it's pretty entertaining.

Aw Binks! I'm sure the view is great, but your pals on the train miss you. Who knows what they will get up to w/out the conductor to lead um ... keep track of them.

Sounds like a fun series, Celi. Animal Planet?

Binks - Maggie says she's been stood up waiting for her Manx friend to pick her up on the green train? She even had a lunch of fish tacos packed for everyone. I love the story - where is the series?

Anyway, we all know that Binks is the party man no matter what color he is wearing! YAY for Binks!!

Pink is just not a becoming color for Binks.

I think I saw a clip on the news about the Macaques around the time Obama was visiting India. They had dispatched the police to prevent the monkeys from terrorizing the visiting dignitaries. I'm not sure the officers were terribly successful but then again, there weren't reports of visitors being struck with flying fruit rinds, either.

sorry for the incomplete info...i caught the series on Nat Geo...bout time they started a channel!

too funny on the Presidential Visit, Sienne...but wise...not a very dignified reception to be had from hungry monkies!

hopefully, lil prankster will be feeling better by the end of his next cycle...
however...i have help here...so best take advantage of a driver, etc. to get some things done that are impossible in my one-legged, one-handed condition!

will have to visit condos later on this afternoon.

in case anyone is wondering why all the pictures in your condos...

well, was a pic of typing with a bad hand...but didnt work, so i'll just say...typing is abysmally slow, and posting pics is easier!

Pictures in condos??? Only ones we have are of Tobey and Gracie today. Darling babies!

Nice day for Binks despite the fur shot!!! Or maybe you thought it was one but wasn't???

i owe Roni a huge thank you...showed Smudge the range of the squirt bottle...& later used it twice...once when she snarled & threatened binks, and once when she slapped my hand,
and she has been extremely well behaved since!

nice!

i doubt that i can bring myself to use it on Little Orphan Annie, though...she growls, snarls, and hisses a lot more than Smudge...but it's out of insecurity & fear...
we'll see how things unfold.
