Was up checking on him last night. Lost some sleep. I wasn't feeling too well this PM. Keiko sat on my stomach and chest while I was napping giving me his healing power. He needs to marshal those powers on himself and I think he is working on this!

He did better than yesterday but not in the green, however I am pleased with 10 units. All advice and help appreciated. Have a great night!

Interesting little tidbit - i saw a post on facebook about all the good things purring does for our bodies - healing was one of them. I don't know if it was "real" science or just someone writing up things, but cats definitely make us feel better.

Keiko's looking great! Nothing like flat! So he had a mini-bounce into yellow numbers yesterday and looks like he's already settling back in. I like this dose too.
 
Under renal threshold is the first goal, about 200 in many cats.

We don't know why Keiko needs a high dose, so...if we knew he only had iaa then it would be good to keep him in all green. But if he has acro in the mix, he's not likely to go otj so there isn't a compelling reason to keep him too low. Because he's unattended overnight a lot, for his safety, I'd be satisfied with nadirs around 80-120 personally, trying to keep him overall under about 150. Easier said than done, of course.

That's just my opinion of course. Maybe someone else will also offer an opinion.
