Thanks everyone for your Dental Day Cheering Section yesterday :-D

AMPS this of 103 morning a very pleasant surprise :o No insulin at all yesterday, AMBG 137, they did a BG reading post surgery
and got 232, 164 when he arrived home from vet, and 103 this AM, 110 @+3. WTG Sime :smile:

His appetite isn't as dramatic as when he arrived home, but he did eat this AM... not enthusiastic though. Mouth still sore :sad:
I hurt him a bit giving him his AB 1/2 pill :cry: . They're HUGE :evil: . He gets one 75mg pill split into 2 doses 12 hours apart.
I noticed the med comes in 150mg, I'm going to try to switch so I can give 1/4 pill BID. Crushing and mixing with food has always been a no-go with Simon.

Morning Bruce, great wcr on Simon and what nice numbers, too, for having gone with no insulin. I hope his appy improves, but good he's eating. Good luck on the pilling, and 1/4 sounds much better. Sending Simon healing dental vines. Have a nice day.

Hi guys, so glad to hear the dental went well and some great numbers for Simon woo hoo! Any time Scrabble has had ab we have gone and had them put in liquid form which makes things so much easier. Good luck with the pilling it stinks. Have a great day and hope Simon surfs the green lagoon all day!

Yay Simon! Nice AMPS for no insulin at all yesterday :-D Hope you can find a solution to the pilling. Not the easiest thing to do, especially if the size is big.
Do they have a liquid form that you can just squirt in his mouth? I seem to remember doing that years ago.....
