Morning ~O) ~O) a little high with the 195, but Maggie is feeling perky and energetic, so it's a good thing! I started feeding bg Merrick turkey for the lower phosphorus and wonder if it's spiking Maggie. Even though it's lc, for some reason she reacts to turkey. It's trial and error with the lc and low phosphorus, so numbers may be a bit wonky! I'll keep feeding Mags Merrick turkey and see if it's a pattern of higher bg's. I'm still giving some Instinct Chicken just to make sure she eats. We still need to try the frozen NV raw chicken nuggets. It's sold at another Petco a bit further away, but maybe today I'll take a ride. Mags doesn't seem to like the raw NV beef!
I am learning how to use my Sony camera and soon may have a pic to post. The settings aren't quite right, but I did get a pic in my photo file.

It's such a challenge to balance all of the factors that go into the BGs. Even when I think I've targeted one factor I can manipulate, there's always the possibility there is something else at work that I’m not aware of. Can be crazy making! Good luck.

It can be a little tricky transitioning to raw, I add a bit of water to make it slightly mushy and put a little freeze dried chicken on top.
It's good to hear Maggie is happy and feeling great.

Morning Ann - Continued good luck with the fuds! Such an experiment it can all be. It is a nice start for Maggie, I hope she has a good surf today. Right Maggie?

Good luck with the new camera - It's fun to learn and see all that they can do. I wish you luck! Alot of trial and error - have fun!

Not eating as much, thus the lower number. Relion tested at 97. Numbers are closer together with the lows.

Hi Linda, it sure can be crazy :lol: trying to balance what we need in the fuds with the kitties and then we need them to like it enough to eat!

Iorwen, thanks on the tip for feeeding raw with mixing with a little water and the sprinkles of freeze dried chicken.

Michelle, thanks on the camera challenge. I'll experiment with the one pic of Maggie stretched out on her side with not a care in the world. :-D

Come on Maggie, eat! It will get the bean to leave you aline! :lol: Good luck w/ the new fuds. i should be getting the NV chicken soon also. I hope they find it an acceptable alternative.

Thanks Randa, I think she will surf blues today, and will keep working with the camera, too. :-D

Mags sure did kill that cat food :lol: :lol: :lol: Glad to hear she decided to eat a bit more. We can't wait to see pictures of Maggie, Leo has been waiting patiently! :-D

Great numbers today for Maggie so far. Keep up the good work girl ;-)

Hi Devon, I'm thinking Maggie must not like the turkey Merrick flavor mixed in with the Instinct. I could separate them, but I bet she'll leave the Merrick on the plate.

Not quite a blue surf. I think I have to work on getting Maggie to have a mini meal around the +6, as usually around +9.30 she starts the "I'm starving" act!

No a bad surf for Mags!!! I'm sorry your stuck in Food Wars again...hopefully you'll find something she likes that has a good phosphorus level. I'm looking forward to the pictures, once you get that camera rolling!

Hi Amy, thanks on the surf, a little high I'm afraid. So far the bg Merrick turkey is kind of wishy washy with Maggie. On the camera, it's a challenge! I need to spend more time on the instruction book and how to resize the pic, but hopefully soon. Michelle & Mannie are teaching us.

It has been a good day for Maggie - maybe a little higher than what you would like - but it is even and consistent and steady and blue. I love flat cycles... GO MAGGIE!!!
 
Hi Michelle, :lol: you heard your name, and it was all good! You have a lot of patience. I'm hoping the steady blues may mean some action tomorrow, but nothing drastic, as I have an early appt.

Vyktor is very aware of shot time now he was out for his PMPS test purring away and collected his treat and then straight off into the cupboard to hide - I hadn't even got the syringe out yet! When it came time I grabbed him out to much complaint and he tried to run away so I pinned him down and had words with him about how important it was and wasn't he starting to feel better now. Bless his little socks he then took his shot without any further complaint and I was even able to get it further down his side rather than in the scruff :-D

Looking forward to seeing some pictures when you get the camera worked out.
