Welcome to DREADED LUPITA FRIDAY!! Sending many healing vines out to sick kitties especially JD, Mao, Lucy, and Ozy. Also to those of you fighting colds and winter ick (Rachel and Deborah).

Today....LBG did not disappoint in her Lupita shenanigans. She, Tobey, and I were in the sunny guest room and I picked her up to give her a hug and kiss. I had her cheek against mine but she was facing towards the door. Lupita popped in the door to say good morning and the little Principessa opened her mouth and crinkled her nose and .....wait for it....no hiss :o Then she closed her mouth and then.....one more time....open mouth, stick out tongue, crinkle nose....no hiss :lol: :lol: :lol: So, of course, Lupita thinks that perhaps today is the day that Gracie will decide to be friends. Think again, mi amiga. Fast forward to later in the morning and I was cradling Gracie like a baby and singing to her. She was

And then.....Lupita walked by....HISSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!! I said, "Baby girl!!!" and she looked at me as if to say she deserved it, mama; she got in my space!!! Lupita's later claims to Gracie that she was irreplaceable did not convince LBG. She gave Lupita the stink eye, chest puffed out hiisssss!!! I am quite certain her little hisser is well worn out today.

No clue why she is taking a walk on the yellow/high blue side today. We shall see what the day brings.

Well, I'm glad that Lupita doesn't take the hissing personally ;-) :lol: She still tries to love Gracie up...I thought maybe the first no hissing was because she was held by her mama bean, but I guess not! :lol: Maybe someday she will come to love Lupita :o I hope that PMPS is a nice blue for you, and maybe some green in the night cycle :mrgreen: Thanks for the healing vines, I am feeling a bit better today :-D Happy Friday!

I'm afraid to ever meet Gracie because I would be devastated if she hissed at me!!! Poor Lupita!!

I always miss Gracie's condos...don't know why accept maybe because I'm usually on in the earlier part of the day and have a hard time visiting in the afternoons/evenings. I hope you have a fantastic Friday, Marje!!!

I guess for obvious reasons DREADED LUPITA can't be the photographer. Or in the building?

Perhaps next time Auntie Josie is in town she can capture such a moment for us? :-D :-D

Perhaps when Auntie Josie comes for the next visit....or maybe even daddy when he gets home. But definitely not Lupita.

"Someone" (read LBG) got a dose increase. :roll: :roll:

Note to new members: I am not dosing on the PS. Gracie is on lev and her nadirs are usually at PS.

As always, love Gracie's condo and your wonderful descriptions of the goings on. Now how to we get LBG to slide into her comfy zone??? C'mon sweet girl!
