Good Morning LL! Ugh! another hideous bounce last night! Even though we should have a few more days on this pen, I started a new one to see if it will make a difference.

WCR Just 4 Ps but the poo has been coming later in the day, Clean Plate Club with a little encouragement and zoom zoom kitty is back.

Hi Ann, sorry on the bounce. Maybe it's the old pen and the new one will make a difference. Hey, Tess and Mags are in sync with the zoom zooms! :-D So Tess likes the BG Merrick turkey. I bought some and am still mixing some of the old in with the new to get her to eat lower phosphorus. Have a nice day; it's sprinling rain here a little!

I hope that the new pen will be the answer, too. So disheartening to see those bounces, especially after those nice greens!

What's up on that floor, tuna juice and canapes?
I was also thinking of starting a new pen, altho mine is only in use 21 days. I've never had such problems with bouncing.

Keeping fingers crossed that the new pen does the trick for Miss Tess. :-D

Thanks everyone, Tess is coming down again but not as fast as yesterday, so paws crossed. Teeth and fur are now brushed and it's nap time in daddybean's lap.

Today would have been day 40 on the old pen, but we are using Levemir and that is supposed to have a 42 day shelf life. Both pens from this box have, so far, developed bubbles early on. That could be the problem, I know I didn't shoot air back in. I wonder if there is something about the rubber tip. Once, when we were using Lantus, I did see a stream of tiny bubbles go up from the seal after I removed the needle. The next day they had consolidated into larger bubbles. So if the membrane doesn't reseal properly that could be the reason for seeing bubbles in the pens.

I wonder if this is the new pen (it seems a little soon) or just another dip on the roller coaster she has been on lately.

Yay!! Maybe the juice was getting a little toasty. Glad to see her in green...great PMPS!!

Well..you know I've had problems with my pens and I noticed on Alex's SS that Jill has had problems with the last two lev pens....hmm...is it lev or is it the handling?

Looks like there might be some pj parties tonight.

Off to the green lagoon for the girls!
