Yesterday

Hi Everyone, TGIF!!

The LagoonMeister is starting off the day on duty, so we'll see what happens. On the two previous days he climbed after a lowish start, then, in the evening cycle, dropped into green by bedtime.
Rusty enjoyed his breakfast of Wellness Core (turkey & duck) and Wellness Chicken. He's already had his second sitting and will probably enjoy his third sitting. I warm up what is left in his bowl in a bowl of hot water and put the whole "double bowl" on top of his radiator. He jumps down onto the radiator from his perch and begins to eat. This is a new eat-yer-fuds strategy that Rusty himself discovered a couple of days ago. I used to take the bowl out of the bowl of water and simply put it onto his mat. How could I not have seen that he wanted to be more creative??!!

Snowing today and temperature rapidly dropping into the single digits after a relatively mild night in the low 20s. Very windy.

I had to laugh at the image of you hustling around trying to figure out ways to serve Rusty better!! Of course you should heat the can on the radiator, not just warm it in hot water and set it down LOL! Talk about being wrapped around somebody's little paw...

Whatever it takes!! And Rusty has big paws!! In any event, Rusty had an all green day and enjoyed supervising the lagoon. I wonder where he will go this evening?
The temperature is down to Zero and expected to go to between -15 and -20 tonight. The wind is howling. We are going to watch a Netflix DVD (The BBC series "The Honorable Woman"; conclusion. It's a spy story and very complex). Rusty is waiting to enjoy his dinner on the couch, while we watch.

Brrrr! Sounds like Rusty has the right idea to keep warm. Fuds on the radiator and a prolonged dip in the lagoon. That dosecrease threat yesterday was powerful stuff!
