After such a nice low PMPS and cycle with no big drops yesterday I was hoping for a similar AMPS today, but Mia have med a big red number instead..

After not giving her the slightly higher carb of 4% for several days, she got some yesterday with her +1 and +2 PM meals to try avoid any big drops. Again, I am thinking, could she have such a big reaction to this 4% carb food that it is causing the higher AMPS today? Or is she just continuing bouncing after taking a small break during her pm cycle yesterday?

Here are the measurements I took Incase you missed them in the thread a couple of days ago

@JL and Chip I have finally gotten round to measuring that 1u. So when measuring from the top line of the syringe to the 1 unit mark, this is 1.39mm. but when measuring from the top part of the syringe where I usually measure from with the caliper (that top bit where the plastic goes inwards slightly where I can hang/lean the caliper on the edge) it's 2.59mm

We have tried to do some calculations of our own, so will be updating ss with the actual units she has been getting. Increased by 0.25u for her PM dose now, which according to our calculations is 1.5u as we increased from 3mm to 3.38mm on the caliper

The majority of people feed in the 3-5% carb range, I wouldn't worry about the 4% causing the higher AMPS. Numbers wobble around during a bounce.
