1/15, Merme, AMPS 248, should I shot?

Merme started his pure insulin shots yesterday 1.5 U (last week got 4 shots diluted by the vet) his GC is in 248 today should I shot him the same amount again or lower? I have to leave him alone for two hours at his +3, +4 and I'm worry of Hypo

yes, and I changed his food from dry to wet yesterday also, He was on full virbac dry food, I'll test him now

Which wet food is he eating now? Is it low carb?

he is 328 now, he ate almost an hour ago, I gave him Purina urinary tract health pate, is protein (10%), fat (7%), moist (78%), fiber (0.5), ash (2.8%) because I panicked yesterday, vet is asking me to change to Purina DM dry, due to his food intolerance

Please give the shot. He is high enough (even though the BG is food influenced).

Please do not feed the DM dry. It is too high in carbs. Do you know which protein he has ab intolerance for?

I shot him 1U now because I have to leave him alone at his +3-+4 and I don't know how much his gluccose would down, I still don't know which protein he is intolerant, i tried the discard metod but when we found the virbac brand and didn'd make him react we stuck with it

I proposed fancy feast to my vet but told me it is bad as wiskas and those comercial brands and said the DM is better for his diabetes
