Got the blood work back, except the TLI. Really low B12, slightly high folate. Bacteria in her urine (cocci). Will start B12 injections and Clavamox (for the UTI). Hopefully we fix these two things and her BG gets back to more normal. Not really sure what normal is, so we'll see. Im pretty happy they found something so easily fixed. :)
 
sigh! I even gave her 5 grams of HC dry at +8, gave her 5g more at +10, will test at +11. The dose I gave her this morning was literally one drop more. :confused:

No, she did ask if I wanted a culture but I told her I'd try the clavamox first. She's not eating very well tonight so I just rubbed some Mirataz on her ear. I gave her 0.1U tonight but thought I'd try and raise it a tiny amount tomorrow. I really would rather it didn't shoot up to 500 again.
It seems maybe the HC dry doesn't kick in right away which is why it still went down. I gave her some honey as well and PMPS was up high enough to shoot. Hopefully the Mirataz will kick in and she will eat so it won't continue to drop. And maybe the antibiotic will help, although it usually isn't great for appetite.
