Morning LL! Yesterdays condo: Chyna 1/14

We did a dosecrease today (again). I hope that was the right decision...she may still be in a bounce but trying to be aggressive with the coming back from remission, we went up 0.25u to 4u. I left out a little extra fuds...and will go home at lunch. So far with dosecreases Chyna does NDW...so hopefully she follows that pattern or doesn't go too low while I'm gone. nailbite_smile

Today (and apparently this week) we are having a chinook. The roads are glare ice, and we have a wind warning (up to 100km winds) so I thought my poor little car would slide off :shock: . The main roads are ok since they were plowed down to the pavement but the sideroads, parking lots and driveways are treacherous. Overnight was brutal trying to sleep, I think I need Elsa! ~O) ~O)

Chyna seems to be feeling fine, purring away this morning and looking for breffis, which was CPC. She "seems" to be walking better, so I hope that is the cartrophen and not me hopeful wishing :cool:

I have a bunch of work to do now, silly job ;-) , so I'll try pop in later. Have a good day guys! :-D

Hi guys .. good luck with the extra juice .. Ugh, we just had all our back roads freeze over as well .. everything melted off in the nice temps and then freeze right back over, what a mess .. anyways, spring is only about 63 days away so hold on! Have a great day guys!

Wow - I haven't heard the term "chinook" in awhile. I'm from Eastern WA state and we had them all the time. Good luck with the increase. Stay safe up there!

I'm glad Chyna is feeling well, despite the high numbers. I hope she slides down for you this afternoon. :-D

I can't imagine having to drive in those conditions. :shock: I've lived in the Southwest too long - I'd become a hermit and stay home all winter! You're braver than I am! Stay safe out there.

Work that juice Chyna - we want to see some prettier colours soon. Some of us are getting REALLY tired of pink! Paws crossed the Cartrophen is starting to do it's thing.

We were supposed to have 90km/hr winds a couple of nights ago. I wondered where they went next.

Hi Tara! Chinook, I don't mind. Wind warnings, not so much! It's nice it's melting some of the snow...too bad it's ice on the roads instead...thanks for the increase luck!

Thanks Carla and Melissa, I hope this dosecrease does the trick. I'm being extra careful...I think I need some of those ice pick shoe things!

Work is almost done, then I've got ice chipping on my sidewalk, and it's subq night. I'll be back later to visit more condos :-D

Stopping in to tell Chyna that she needs to get on down! I hope the increase does the trick! I hope she is getting back into the groovy groove soon!

Slide, Chyna! I get sick of those stinky pinkys too. :-x :-x That wind with icy roads sounds really scary, especially with a van or something high profile. Stay safe, Rachel!

Work that dosecrease Chyna...we want blues and greens - really, is that so much to ask ;-) ???

I hope the cartrophen is starting to kick in - it sounds like it is!

Ok, Chyna, time to visit a lower floor - your friends are waiting :-D Hope it is the cartrophen starting to work. Little bits of improvement every day.

Thanks Rebekah, Liz, Amy, and Jane, for visiting and sending us good dosecrease/lower floor wishes. Unfortunately, tonight doesn't look promising :YMSIGH: Subqs are done, although somehow the needle came out and sprayed us again so she didn't quite get her normal amount. Not sure why I'm having trouble with them this week, other than I'm super tierd. The other day went smooth...but I think I'm forgiven as Chyna is purring again.

It was very slippery today, no falls onto my bottom though :cool: (anti-jinx). I took an ice smash thing (I don't know the name, long handle, narrow edge metal thing on the bottom :lol: ) and smashed some big chunks of ice off my sidewalk and shovelled them off but now my arms are shaking from the clang clang smash! :? There is a layer of 2 or 3 inches to smash up and I only managed 6 feet or so. I'll do more tomorrow hopefully, the winds have died down so I think it's time to sleep! Night night, everyone.
