aaaaargh I've been reading the lines wrong :(

What I was reading as .25 was .50 and .10 was .25 ohmygod_smile ohmygod_smile ohmygod_smile ohmygod_smile ohmygod_smile ohmygod_smile

shoot me now

I got my caliper and don't have a clue how to use it. Math or metrics 101 would be a good start

Have to get to work. Have a good day everyone.

Good luck with the caliper - I hope it helps! Nice +2 there for Sebastian - I hope he surfed that out!

Good luck with the calipers, Caryl. Once you set them for a specific dose, you lock them and then don't have to set them again until you change the dose. It is easy once you get the hang of it.
Sebastian is lookin' good today.

Have a fine evening,

Looking good, Sebastian. We measure differently than Marje. It doesn't really matter where you measure, as long as you are consistent. I think it is better to set the caliper to a value and just leave it as long as you keep that dose.

I'm trying Cheryl but it's hard. I got the amounts all messed up but a rose is a rose I guess
Looking forward to Trying Terumo Syringes and the caliper NOW that I've figured out that he's getting .75 bid and not .30 bid OMG lol

Caryl --

Make sure that the Terumo's and your previous syringes measure the same amount. When I switched from Monoject's to Terumos, I found that the Monojects held more insulin than the Terumo's -- about 0.5u more. I needed to adjust the amount of the dose to compensate. I would experiment with water on a piece of wax paper or plastic wrap to see if 1.0u looks about the same (or not). You don't want to inject Sebastian with more insulin than he needs because the syringes are manufactured differently.
