Should I stall and test again in 15 or 20 minutes? Is Pepper just surfing? he's about the same as +6.

If he's surfing, you should be fine to shoot as long as you can stay up to monitor. I'd get a +1 and +2 just so you know where Pepper's going.

I'm presuming you have strips and HC should you need it.
