If you took 1/7 as any indication of what to expect with 3.8u then you might expect a delta [change from PS or highest to nadir or lowest] of 31% at that dose. But that "nadir" was at a +7 and he might have gone even a tad lower that cycle. If 174 was the lowest then this delta is is well within the OK range and one might even want a larger delta or change. So this indicates that you might be OK upping to more than 3.8u. But for me to really say if it would be OK or not we would of course need more mid-cycle tests which I know are hard to come by for you because of you schedule. But I just wanted to throw out there how you might use those +6ish mid-cycle tests to give you an indication of how much traction you are getting and how safe you might be to push things more.

The other thing though is that is you look way back in your numbers you seemed to get traction at 1u - with one delta of 54%. So I don't know if it is time for a rebound check or not. If you did schedule a rebound check I would encourage you to schedule it for a time that you can optimize your mid-cycle testing.

Going to do a curve on Sunday.

I am off all day. Will post then.
If this is rebound, it says to decrease the insulin. Trying to find more information on this.

If you have the time today, it would be very interesting to get a curve. Wondering what happens between those pre shots consistently in the 200-300s.
