Good evening! Sending many healing vines to Mannie, Cleo, Moonie, Noni, Bubba, and any others who need them.

Yesterday started with a dive and then lots of fairly nice flatness with a flat, blue surf last night and a bounce today. Missy G is feeling fine, playing, CPC, happy, purry and glad to be an indoor creature because it is so cold here. Despite the flat yellow today, she's had a good day so we wait it out a bit since she was just in the 40s yesterday. She and Tobey were very helpful while mamabean was doing yoga today .....I'll leave that to your imagination but they certainly like to be part of the fun.

Nice to hear Gracie and Tobes were doing yoga with you, did they do the downward facing dog pose? :lol:

Gracie, nothing interesting on that yellow level. You've explored it all day, time to come down now.

The cats would be good at the cat poses, but I can imagine they are trouble when you are seated and form a lap. Or race around - "look, the bean made a tunnel". :lol:

I hope you and Mike are getting better too.

Hi Marje & Gracie lol on the kitty yoga hahaha! Have you tried Bikram yoga? I started doing it in June & love it although since Scrabble went back on the juice it has been hard for me to get to the classes.
Hope you see some better numbers tonight, you know what flat yellows mean? That is what Scrabble was yesterday.

Hi Marje. Hope Gracie continues downward and gets back to the green zone. That's funny that your kitties want to do yoga with you. I'm sure they make working out more fun. You should produce a video called something like Yoga with the Kitties. We all know that most cat lovers will buy just about anything with a cat on it so my guess is a lot of cat lovers would buy it.
