Good Sunday Morning LL! Sending tons of vines to everyone who needs them.
I should have set alarms and gotten more tests last night, after that drop at +3. Wet noodles for me! I just wrote down the number and went to bed. This morning when I was entering it on her SS, I thought it said 204, and I was thinking "I just went to bed after a 160 pt drop in an hour?!! How could I have done that?" Had to check the meter to see what it said. :lol: So, bad move on my part, but not as bad as I had first thought. ;-) Good test, shot, fuds this morning for Muffin.
Sam is still residing in DD's room! I thought for sure she'd head for the hills when the DGD's got home. Instead, she laid on the bed with them, and even let Alette pet her while they watched a movie on the laptop! She slept on the bed all night. She just seems so happy in there. How stupid do I feel for not trying this a year ago? More wet noodles!
Kibby's vet visit went ok yesterday. The scar sight is definitely more swollen than it was before. Under the bright lights of the exam room, I also saw a fresh new small scratch in the shaved area. A very minor scratch, but I don't know where it came from. Dr wants to do xrays on Monday, to see how big the gaps are inside his wound. If they are tiny, we will wait and try to let them heal on their own. If they are bigger, he will recommend doing the abdominal surgery to stitch them up.
Still trying to figure out the trip to Oregon. DD does want to go, which means Muffin will go with us. But now I have 5 other cats and the drooler to figure out what to do with. My neighbor has taken care of them for me in the past, but they've been really sick with this flu, so I'm not sure if she'll be up to it.
